1. Dictionary Delivery - Request for Volunteers
 
Amir is is seeking to deliver dictionaries to the schools on behalf of Reading Rotary from next week until the end of June.   The schools are listedrn it to him.  He can arrange to have the labels (to be applied to the first inside page of dictionary) with the dictionaries for collectio on the spreadsheet attached.  Amir would be grateful if you could volunteer to deliver to schools, add your name to the list and retun from Tim Metcalfe at Home Farm.   Please contact the school and advise them of your delivery date.  Instructions with school contact address and telephone numbers will be supplied with the labels.

 
 
2.  Club Directory 2023-24
 
The final draft Club Directory is now subject to final checking and submission to the printers later this month.  The fional draft takes into account all modifications which you have brought to my attention.  
 
 
Morvyn and Janet asked me to make you aware that they no longer have landlines, which I am doing herewith.

 
 
3.  Club Walks
 
Our next Club walk is planned for Wednesday 13 September.  I am proposing to make it a 6.5 km circular walk in the Moor Green Lakes Nature Reserve area east of Finchampstead.  The route is attached.  Please let me know any alternative route suggestions you may have.



 
 
We will be hosting another walk which will be focussed on preparing the Santa Run.  During last Thursday's Santa Run Team meeting it was proposed that the walk on Wednesday 8 November will be focussed on distributing leaftlets promoting the evemnt in the area surrounding the University of Reading.  Further details will follow in due course.
 
 
Please reserve 10:00-14:00 hours in your diary for 13 September and 8 November for now.
